Garden Terrace is pet-friendly and allows a max of two pets per home. Allowed combinations include: one dog, one dog and one cat, or two cats.

We recommend being prepared to present up-to-date proof of immunizations and a simple photo of your pets.

  • 40 lb. Weight Limit
  • One Dog Only
  • $150 Pet Deposit plus a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150
